Hi there folks, me again!

So now that I see more people paying attention to Baldomero's Ballad I'd like to ask some stuff just to see if I should bother implementing these features or not into the game. Feel free to share your answers in the comments!

  • Fullscreen toggle
  • Subweapon classic/button toggle (classic input being the usual UP + ATTACK)
  • Sound and Music toggle OR Sound and Music numeric selector
  • Screenshake toggle

Now I know most of those features feel like very basic things to implement, but keep in mind that I'm doing this completely by my own (still looking for a musician though!) and certain toggles may require a while to add and test so they don't break the game. Buuuuut I still want people to enjoy the game as much as they can without being pestered with things that might annoy them so I'm willing to do it if people want those features added.

If you want to support the game you can also donate to my Ko-Fi page, that would help a lot.

And that's it, see you next time and have a good one!

None of those feel really critical to me

Sorry, I was just passing through and know nothing about the game, but players who get motion sickness very easily _will_ appreciate the 'screenshake toggle' greatly. No matter if it's 2D or 3D, if you get it bad enough, it will bar you from playing certain games.
I'd view that as a critical feature.

Personally, I view the option to mute/control the volume for BGM & SFX within the game as standard features. No matter how beautifully you manage to incorporate the audio into the gaming experience, 'somebody' will always prefer their own music or a podcast.
Maybe not a "critical" feature, but personally I'd 'expect' it to be there in anything that isn't a single level tech demo.

I agree with Yatsufusa, a way to disable screen shake and mute/change volume would be awesome. Fullscreen isn't that necessary to me personally, Newgrounds has a pretty nice setup. I also don't see any issues with the buttons. Just include whatever you have the time and motivation to include. :)
